Cupcake is a chic café in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which specializes in, well, cupcakes. The café also serves fresh breads, deli items, and caters. Cupcake needed a website to display the various delicacies they serve as well as a source for customers to find contact information, directions, and prices.
Cupcake needed a fresh, clean, website to display the variety of products and services offered. Photo galleries needed to be incorporated in the design as well as a way for visitors to view the full café menu. An area for community services and directions were also highly desired for this website project.

Project Results:
The Cupcake website features a colorful orange and blue design as well as cupcake images for navigation icons. Photo galleries were incorporated to show not only the cupcakes themselves but also the various breads the café makes. Pages were created to display Cupcakes menu and prices, and information was provided for catering and wedding services.
The cupcake gallery itself features an interactive, full screen, photo gallery for viewers to see extremely close up detail on all of the cupcakes. These enlarged images also display unique descriptions for each individual cupcake. After customers work up an appetite looking at the tasty treats they can order them directly through the fully customized ordering portal Mankato Web Design incorporated into the website.
Also included are an interactive Google map for easy directions and a Community page featuring the company’s recent projects. Imagery of cupcakes and deli items are seen throughout the website in order to encourage visitors to go to Cupcake and enjoy the baked goods themselves.
