Background: Bill’s Superette is a popular convenience store with locations throughout the north metro.
Challenge: They needed to optimize their customer experience online and make sure their online presence properly represented their brand to draw in new website visitors through organic traffic. Bill’s Superette had many challenges as a convenience store needs to keep updated many things in their day to day operations such as available coupons, car wash specials, location information and weekly deal push alerts via text and email.
Result: We built a fully custom WordPress design website that is also responsive. We integrated a store locator search tool and individual store location pages. Each store page has its’ own set of coupons customers can show the store staff when making purchases on their cell phones. Customers can also share coupons through social media with a simple click. The business owner, using WordPress, can make updates weekly to the stores coupons as well as adding new food/drink items. Customers can also sign up for weekly deal notifications to be sent to them by email and cell phone text message alerts.
