Worked with other companies in the past and couldn’t find anyone that really took the time to understand my business and what we do. Matt goes above and beyond. His blogs that he posts on my web page would have you thinking that he has been working in the hydraulic hose industry for YEARS. He does his research and it shows in his work. Mankato Web Design is great for anyone with a small business looking for a company that actually cares to take the time to get to know you and your company. On top of that, whenever I have a question, he gets back to me almost immediately with an answer. I don’t make recommendations often, but Matt has really impressed me.

I was tasked with a much-needed-and-long-overdue update of my company’s website. I was in trouble! I have no expertise in site development, the person who built my site had long since stopped working, I’d been hacked (malware, viruses, blacklisted), my shopping cart wasn’t working AND MORE. On top of all that, the person who’d been recommended to me to fix my problems was doing nothing/had done nothing for WEEKS! I contacted Mankato Web Design and Matt had everything taken care of PLUS made a couple of very appropriate suggestions for improvement along the way in DAYS! Quick, efficient, totally professional. I can’t begging to say how great my experience was. If I need anything else done, I’ll be back in contact with Matt and Mankato Web Design.

I spent months admiring other law firm websites created by Mankato Web Design before I decided to give them a call. I was not disappointed. I think our firm’s new website really conveys the culture and persona of our law firm. Additionally, I was truly impressed with Matt’s responsiveness and attentiveness to my questions and concerns throughout the process of migrating from our previous hosting account to our new hosting account. Matt responded to all my emails and calls promptly. He made me feel like I was his only client. This personal touch was amazing and has inspired me to try to do the same for my clients.

I called after hours and Matt answered the phone ready to help out. My site went down and he was there to help me think through a strategy to bring it back online. This was our first time talking with each other and Matt enthusiastically walked me through a few different options. Matt has worked with my law firm for about 7 years, and in that time he has handled all my website needs. He has always been available (returns calls the same day) and helpful and reliable. He’s got a great skill set and advises well in a number of areas – website, email, data, search-engine rankings – just a good general IT guy to have around, especially for a smaller firm that does not have an in-house IT resource.
